Membership information and FAQs

What's the cancellation policy?
 
Your membership will automatically renew each month until you cancel it. You can cancel your membership at any point. You will have until the rest of the month in your billing period to access the perks. 
 

When are the monthly Q&A sessions with Natalie and how do they work?
 
Once a month Natalie will be uploading a video answering your questions. You can submit your questions by commenting under the video, in the Membership Forum or by sending Natalie an email to natalie@healingjourney.co.za. A few times a year we will be hosting a live broadcast. You will find all the details on how and when to join in your members area and your email inbox. 
 
If you can’t attend a live broadcast you will be able to watch it later, all live videos will be recorded.
 

How can I interact with other members and have discussions?
 
You can connect with other members in our Membership Forum, which provides a place to discuss anything between members. You can join conversations, comment, share posts and much more.
 

What platform do you use for live broadcasts?
 
They will be hosted on Zoom. If you have never used Zoom before we recommend watching a demo video on YouTube to learn to navigate it. Zoom is free to use and requires no skills to operate.
 

How can I  change my subscription?


If you would like to update your subscription you can do so by login into the Members Area:
 

  • Log in to the site. 

  • Click your member profile at the top of the site.

  • Click My Subscriptions in the drop-down menu.

  • Click the More Actions arrow next to your plan.

  • Click Cancel Subscription.

  • Click Yes, and Cancel to confirm.
