This is a one on one program taking a deep dive into your own healing and transformation. Have you ever found yourself in recurring patterns or experiences and have no idea how to shift or get out of the cycle? Are you aware of deep inner work that you need to access in order to heal and transform! Do you want to be the architect of your life and your dreams? Are you ready? Ready to live, work and create not from your fears, your past mistakes, family or generational patterns but from your empowered authentic self not afraid to step into the life you desire for yourself . The 9 session intensive is a one on one program where we meet weekly for 90 minutes. We look at your deeper belief systems, where they come from and how they are rooted. Our deeper belief are for the most part mostly unconscious yet they determine the way we think, respond and create. Is it not time to truly know yourself, shift and move beyond what is blocking your transformation , growth and healing. Within the program we will do inner child work healing from a place of what you hold in your unconscious clearing patterns, wounds and belief systems that no longer support you. The intensive is a supportive program that takes a deep dive into unlocking and bringing clarity and deeper understanding into what is not working for you or where you feel blocked and stuck not able to bring into your life what supports you. As we meet weekly together we will have a look at what shows up for you as you work to implement and integrate the work. We look what sits sub consciously in your masculine and feminine and how you create, trust, express and work with these very important aspects of self.Through understanding, healing and balancing your masculine and feminine you are able heal and bring deep knowing and self realisation to how you find balance and harmony within our own life. How you show up in relationships , finances, heal and how you use your intuition. It also works with how we respond and relate to not only the external but also how we treat ourselves. We also do soul retrieval work bringing back the essence and wholeness of one self supporting you to access and align with your gifts and talents. Within this process we access your dreams and visions of what you desire for your life. Grounding, supporting you to walk your path with greater wholeness and connection to yourself .
