Service Description

The inner child is a significant aspect of ourselves-as much as the more recognized ego self and higher self.It's the seat of much of our unconscious patterning and wounding. It's the part of ourselves we keep hidden;in the dark;the shadow self.We don't want to show others or even ourselves our deeply held feelings of shame,abandonment,loss,worthiness,rejection etc,so we spend much of our lives building walls, trying to hide or reject these unhealed parts. Healing happens when we access our shadow and bring consciousness,healing,light and understanding,love and acceptance to our inner and often unconscious wounding.By shifting and realigning these aspects of our inner child;we are able to create healing and release ourselves from our patterning and wounding.
